Terms
Maison Kelevra is a private collection, entered by invitation. To use this site is to accept the terms set out here.
The nature of the house
Maison Kelevra is a private collection, not a shop. Nothing shown on this site is an offer for sale, and no price is stated or implied. An approach is an invitation to the house to consider; the house alone decides whether to respond, and whether to sell.
Admission and access
Access to the collection is granted by the house, at its sole discretion, and may be declined or withdrawn at any time without explanation. Member codes are personal. They are not to be shared, lent, or transferred, and you are responsible for what is done under yours.
Use of the site
You agree to use the site as it is intended, and not to attempt to reach areas to which you have not been admitted, to interfere with its workings, or to copy or reproduce it for your own purposes.
What belongs to the house
The name Maison Kelevra, the mark, the texts, and the design of this site belong to the house. They may not be used or reproduced without its written permission.
No warranty
The site is offered as it is. The house does not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of fault, and, so far as the law allows, accepts no liability for any loss arising from its use.
Changes
The house may revise these terms from time to time. The version published here is the one that applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the house is established. Any question on them may be addressed to inquiries@maisonkelevra.com.
